1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Inflectere website and any consulting or studio services provided by Inflectere (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging with us or using this site, you agree to these terms in full.

2. About Inflectere

Inflectere is a marketing consultancy owned and operated by Connor Whelan, based in the United Kingdom.
Registered business address: Essex, UK.
Email: connor@inflectere.co.uk

3. Services

We provide consulting, strategy, and creative services to businesses.
All proposals, audits, and deliverables are provided for the client’s internal use only and may not be redistributed or resold without written consent.

Each project or retainer will be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees.

4. Fees and Payment

All prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule and are payable within 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Work begins only after an accepted proposal and initial invoice payment.

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly charge and could delay delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategy documents, frameworks, and creative assets remain Inflectere’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables passes to the client. We may reference non-confidential work in case studies or portfolios unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all commercially sensitive information strictly confidential.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Once a project has started, fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel before work begins, written notice must be given within 5 business days of invoice issue.

8. Liability

Inflectere provides guidance and strategy designed to support growth but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses resulting from use of our services or materials.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
